Hi,
I'm hoping someone can help me with a little information?
My son loves his Beano and anything related. His collection of comics and annuals must be into the thousands.
I, in turn am always keeping an eye out for Beano related items. This weekend I purchased a pair of large cut out figures. They are makes DC Thompson, but have no other identifying marks. The guy I got them off said he'd got them from a newsagents display.

I think those date from the 1990s. That's Dennis the Menace as drawn by David Sutherland and Desperate Dan as drawn by Ken Harrison, the cover stars of the Beano and the Dandy at the time.

Actually, Dennis is drawn by Steve Bright in this instance. However, the artwork itself is definitely from around 1993-94, since Dennis is wearing the trainers he briefly sported in the comic for about a year.
